Hi there, I made a piece of art for my art project (see Mentulan) and you deleted it citing it is in violation of wikia's TOS. I believe you're referring to this section:
Post or transmit any content that is obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party, or content that contains homophobia, ethnic slurs, religious intolerance, or encourages criminal conduct
I disagree with your interpretation of these images as "obscene" or "pornographic." They are not pornographic nor obscene, they are art, and while suggestive (like drawing two melons next to each-other), they are independent of whatever obscenity or pornography you're attributing to them. I'm wondering if I can challenge your decision as there was no discussion with me (the owner and artist).
I'm sorry for the inexcualbly slow reply. I have been away.
For the images, they are very obviously penises and so covered by the section of the ToU that you quote. There's more about this on the FANDOM Community Guidelines.
Of course, every decision can be questioned, but this one seems clear.
Unfortunately we can't discuss each image we delete before removing it. We have tens of thousands of images uploaded every day, and use an external tool to screen them. We don't visit each wiki individually.
But we are always available to review decisions, and I'm sorry that, on review, I can't pass these images.
