Wuogph (traditionally WUOGPH; phonetically in Cradian, "Woof!") is an inherent biolinguistic learned by all Dog at birth. By more intolerant and bigoted Cradians (as well as others), Wuogph is incorrectly referred to as "Barking." In actuality, Wuogph is a complex series of highly-intelligent tones and intensities of sound and vibration used to convey language.

On Cradle, Dog communication is often portrayed as three lines radiating out of one's mouth. Between Dog—when written, scribed, or scrawled—Wuogph is displayed as a series of lines.
Writing Wuogph is referred to as skritching, though this is considered offensive to most Dog.
